One extra arm gives birthing time for operator to change the molds or during the production. Operator get the option to shift production from one arm to other if any of arm is not ready for Molding. Colossal Series of Machines Have Following Feature
Traveling Furnace :
The Hexagonal traveling furnace is constructed by using ERW hallow square & rectangular sections, inner structure of furnace is constructed with stainless steel sheet. To reduce heat losses an insulation of 150 mm thickness is used. The oven is very compact and hence fuel efficient. Furnace doors are electrically operated with geared motor and safety over load protection clutch. For reducing the heating losses pneumatic system are used for door locking. Furnace construction is heavy duty and long lasting.
Arm Indexing:
Turret rotates on heavy duty Structure. The base frame is one-piece C- channel Frame which insure smooth indexing of arm. Rotation of arm is controlled by heavy duty Meter Gear and geared break motor with over load protection. Arms are mounted on heavy duty C Channel fabricated stand which is well constructed and mounted. Turret lock is provided for locking arm after each indexing.
Burner:
Italian “REILLO” make burner, which is suitable for diesel. The burner is automatic package burner and most fuel efficient with low noise and smoke free firing. For higher efficiency and low maintenance, a two stage 10micron filter is used. It has flame failure indication along with safety feature which meets International safety standards. LPG, Natural Gas burners and Biomass are optional at extra cost.
Re-Circulating Blower :
Impellers are made of stainless steel and are dynamically balanced. They are high capacity, low R.P.M and low noise Impellers. The blower shaft is supported on both sides with maintenance free high quality Sleeve bearing. Standard “Crompton” motor is used to run the blower. Standard taper lock make pulleys are used.
Straight Arm :
Heavy duty straight arms can take up two moulds of max size or four moulds of 500 or 300 ltr each and Offset arm can take up one mould of Max size. The main shaft of each arm is heavy duty and is ultrasonically tested. Mould rotates in both X and Y directions with 6 R.P.M max. Variable speed A.C drive and Inverter duty motors are provided. Heavy duty gear box is used for smooth operation. Chain drive is used for low maintenance. Mould mounting is very easy & fast.
Offset Arms :
Well-Constructed and robust Offset arm can take up Max size of any one mould. Main shaft of arm is heavy duty and ultrasonically tested. Molds on offset arm rotate in Major as well as Minor axis.
Control Panel :
A user friendly control panel is provided. Toshiba and Schneider made drives are used for controlling speed of major and minor axis motor. For getting uniform thickness auto reversal facility is provided. Digital voltmeter for three phases, digital temperature controller, phase indicator lamp, and cycle timer are provided for easy operation &control. Hooter, flame failure lamp, safety interlocks are provided for safety propose.
Slip Ring Assembly:
Epoxy insulated Slip ring assembly is provided for easy movement of arm. Slip ring assembly is a hart of machine constructed with Epoxy Casted (high insulation value) brass rings. High quality Carbon brushes are used instead of Brass pins.
Multilayer Loading from Top:
Arrangement is provided for multilayer loading from Top of furnace. A Jog station is provided on top of furnace for ease of loading multilayer tanks.
